Performance characteristics
UV flexographic printing cold ironing glue can be directly printed on the machine. It is especially suitable for printing of flexible packaging, self-adhesive labels, etc.
Compared with general solvent or water-based ink, uv flexographic cold pressing glue has higher viscosity and viscosity, stable ink, good transfer, fine dot printing, and stable printing performance for a long time.

When using this product in flexographic printing device, we suggest that the unit volume is 6~10cm ³/ m ²， To reach at least 1.5-2.g/m ²; The thickness of the ink layer is sufficient. If the ink layer is too thick, the foil layer may be squeezed out of the image area during embossing, resulting in poor print clarity and unclear edges.
Settling: Stir the ink thoroughly before use. There may be some product sedimentation during storage, and the sediment at the bottom is usually easy to be even by gently stirring.
Printing materials: We recommend using ester and ketone resistant rollers (EPDM materials).
The ink roller, blanket and printing plate must be resistant to ultraviolet ink and ultraviolet cleaner.
